How a Team Headshot Day Works
I bring the lights and backdrop to your office and set up in a conference room or any spare corner with a little space. Then people come through one at a time.
About 8 to 10 minutes per person. Long enough to relax, short enough that nobody misses a meeting.
Direction for every person. No experience needed. I'll tell you where to put your chin, so you don't have to wonder. (I'm told I'm pretty good at bossing chins around.)
On-site proofing. Each person sees their images on the spot.
Setup and Space
I need about a 10 by 12 foot space, and about 30 minutes to set up before the first person sits down.
Big Groups
At about 8 to 10 minutes per person, 30 people works out to 4 to 5 hours of shooting, plus setup, and 50 people takes most of a day. About 80 people can be done in one day, but for that many I usually prefer a day and a half. It keeps the pace comfortable and gives everyone a fair shot.
Everyone gets the same lighting, backdrop, and framing, so your team page looks consistent. Volume pricing is available for teams of 10 or more.
Group Photos
Yes, I can do a group photo too. Every group shot gets planned around your location. Sometimes that means a ladder, sometimes it means finding a room where I can back up far enough.
Choosing and Getting Your Photos
Picking favorites. Each person usually picks their top 2.
Retouching. High-resolution retouched images; retouching covers non-permanent blemishes and skin issues.
Delivery. By Dropbox link, or Google Drive if your company needs it.
Turnaround. 6 business days, team days included.

Where I Go
I come to you anywhere in the Sacramento region. On-location shoots include a location fee. Inside Sacramento there's no extra travel fee. If someone is out sick on the big day, or you hire someone next month, they can come to my studio at 3429 Freedom Park Dr #2, North Highlands, later on.
